Asheville - Robert James Novak, 34, of 871 Riverside Dr. died Sunday, November 25, 2001 at Memorial Mission Hospital. A native of Buffalo, NY, he was the son of Peggy Covier Novak of Asheville and the late Charles Joseph Novak. Surviving in addition to his mother are his sisters, Michelle Novak of Franklinville, NY, Jackie Novak of Asheville, Cherie Santasiero of Eden, NY, Penny Gorman of Hamburg, NY; brothers, Michael Novak of West Seneca, NY, and Richard Novak of Asheville. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
