Robert "Rob" Franklin Owen, III

Robert "Rob" Franklin Owen, III, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 17, 2026, at the age of 49. Born on December 2, 1976, Rob lived life to the fullest up until the very end, embracing every moment with vigor and a deep appreciation for the people around him.

Rob is lovingly remembered by his partner, Melissa Smith; son, Robert "Robb" Owen, IV; step-children, Aria Reyna and JJ Reyna; granddaughter, Callie Owen; step-mother, Renaye Owen; and step-sister, Trina Abee.

Rob was preceded in death by his father, Robert Franklin Owen, II, and his mother, Janet Anderson Collins.

A service to celebrate his life will be shared by the family at a later time.
