Roger Eugene Weaver

Roger Eugene Weaver, 56, passed away on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County, he was the son of Flora Lou Ellen Jones Hensley of Woodfin, and the late Fred Neal Weaver. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Raymond Hensley, and nephew, Kevyn Hensley. Surviving in addition to his mother are his sister, Regina Weaver of Asheville; brother, Ricky Hensley of Asheville; and nephew, Stevyn Hensley. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 1, 2017 in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 till 8:00 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
