Sammy Large

Asheville - Floyd Sammy Large, 52 died Thursday September 18, 2003. A native and lifelong resident of Asheville, he was a veteran of the U.S. Army and a member of Beaverdam Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Floyd and Ruby Large. Surviving are his daughter, Angela Large of Asheville and brothers, Jimmy Large and Mike Large both of Asheville. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday at Beaverdam Baptist Church with the Rev. Stan Willet officiating.
