Sarah E. Smith

Fletcher Sarah Evelyn Smith, 89, of 86 Old Airport Road, went to be with her Lord on Sunday, May 8, 2016. A native of Rutherford County, she had resided in Buncombe County for most of her life and was the daughter of the late Sidney Frank Smith and Maggie Lois Morgan Smith. She was formerly employed with Moser Plumbing Company and Hoyles Business Supply Company and was a member of Merrimon Avenue Baptist Church. Memorial services will be held at 11 AM Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the Merrimon Avenue Baptist Church with private burial to be held at Cool Springs Cemetery in Forest City. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to help with funeral expenses. A special thanks to Gods merciful servants, Mary, Tina, and Trish.
