Sarah Ward

Linda Sarah Clark Ward, 68, passed away Saturday, January 12, 2013 at her residence. A native of Haywood County, she had resided in Buncombe County most of her life. Linda was the daughter of the late James and Margaret Brown Clark. She was also preceded in death by her brother, J.C. Clark and sisters, Eureka McAninch and Kathryn Warren. Surviving are her husband, of 48 years, Walter M. Ward, daughter, Linda Watts and husband Stacy; sister, Pat Laws and husband Ralph, sisters-in-law, Gerrie Clark, Mary Ann Hensley and husband Phil and Shirley Vigansky and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 7:00 9:00 PM Tuesday, January 15 at the funeral home. No services will be held.
