Sereptha Pearline Mcfee

Marion - Sereptha Pearline McFee, 74, died Thursday May 19, 2005 at the Rose Hill Retirement Center in Marion after a period of declining health. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, she was a member of Pole Creek Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late Kenny and Ada Reed McFee and also preceded in death by a son, Ricky Neal Fish. Surviving are her children, Thomasine White of Granite Falls, Lisa Barts of Marion and Teresa Skinner of Shelby; sister, Hester Metcalf of Wilson; brothers, Colye McFee and Roy McFee both of Newland and Tommy McFee of Arden; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday at Pole Creek Baptist Church with the Rev. Garnett Jamison officiating. Burial will be in the Snow Hill UMC Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 P.M. Monday at the church.
