Susan Wolfe

Weaverville - Susan Morris Wolfe, 58, passed away Monday, September 19, 2011 at the John F. Keever, Jr. Solace Center. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, Susan was a 1971 graduate of Erwin High School, where she was a member of the basketball team. She worked as a CNA at Asheville Specialty Hospital, and was of the Baptist faith. Susan was a dedicated mother and grandmother, and was greatly loved. Susan was the daughter of the late Harold Thomas and Shirley Sprinkle Morris, and was also preceded in death by two brothers: David and Rodger Morris. Surviving are her sons: Brent Clark of Weaverville and Tommy Wolfe and wife Tess of California City, CA; grandchildren: Gracie Rebecca Clark, Braeden Wolfe and Kalli Wolfe; and brother, Russell Morris. Memorial services will be held at 6:30 P.M. Thursday, September 22, 2011 in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home and Cremation Center, with the Rev. Daryl Overton officiating.
