Ted Buckner
Asheville – Ted Junior Buckner, 83, passed away Sunday, September 22, 2024, at his residence.
A native and lifelong resident of Buncombe County, he was a huge Tarheels Fan, he loved sports and his family.
He was a son of the late Theodore Buckner and Kathleen Melton Buckner, and was also preceded in death by his brother, Donnie Buckner and son Larry Buckner
Surviving are his daughter: Lisa Buckner (Shane); siblings: Barbara Cook, Mary Haney, Sherry Buckner, Ronnie Buckner and Bobby Buckner.
No services are planned at this time.
