Terry Sr. Michael

Asheville - Terry Lee Michael, Sr., 78, of Asheville, passed away Friday, April 24, 2015. A native and resident for most of his life of Buncombe County, he was the son of the late Walter and Helen Whiteside Michael. Surviving are his wife, Nancy M. Michael; son, Terry Lee Michael, Jr. and wife Janet; daughter, Brenda M. Crawford and husband Jeff; sister, Lucy Michael; and lifelong friend, Harold Watts and wife Aileen. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday in the chapel of Anders-Rice Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dr. Ian Walker officiating. Private graveside rites will be held at Pisgah View Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 1:00 1:45 PM Tuesday at the funeral home.
