Victor was born on April 12, 1960 and peacefully during his sleep went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday January 29th 2020. He is survived by his daughter, Rani’ Nicole Cordell; granddaughters: Casiah Cordell, and Xavia Creek; two sisters: Joan Feldman, and Connie Plemmons; and his brother, Darryl Cordell. The family is honoring his wishes to forgo a service. Anyone interested in sharing memories or celebrating his life may contact his daughter at ranicordell@yahoo.com.
