Willa D. Perkins

Asheville - Willa Dean Fisher Perkins, 78, of 48 Pinedale Rd. died Sunday October 16, 2005 at her home after an extended illness. A lifelong resident of Buncombe County, she was a daughter of the late Jacob P. and Sallie Penland Fisher and the wife of the late Kenneth T. Perkins. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at Gashes Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Revs. James Donati and H. D. Houck officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 P.M. Tuesday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home.
