William Crum

Weaverville - William Leland Crum, 70, died Tuesday March 15, 2011 at his residence. A lifelong residence of Buncombe County, he was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a member of First Baptist Church of Asheville. He was a son of the late Charles and Jessie Brown Crum. Surviving are the mother of his children, Julia Crum: his daughter, Sharon Crum of Asheville; son, William Russell Crum of Weaverville and brother, Charles Dale Crum of Raleigh. Funeral services will be 5:30 P.M. Thursday at Anders-Rice Funeral Home. The family will receive friends following services at the funeral home.
